Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to World Place pages, game intelligence features, contact routes, account features, public APIs, and creator tools. It does not cover Roblox, Discord, Trello, community wikis, YouTube, or other third-party services we may link to.

Information we collect

World Place may collect information you provide directly and information created when the site is used.

• Account information, such as email address, sign-in provider details, authentication identifiers, and session information when you use account features.
• Contact and support information, such as your email address, name or studio/channel, related page URLs, Roblox URLs, source URLs, code or claim details, message text, consent choice, user agent, and a hashed IP value used for abuse prevention.
• Creator tool requests, such as prompts, selected game context, generated outputs, and related request metadata needed to provide the requested result.
• Usage, device, referral, page interaction, session replay or heatmap signals when Microsoft Clarity is enabled, language, theme, and approximate technical data collected through logs, analytics tools, cookies, local storage, or similar technologies.
• Public game data and editorial source notes connected to Roblox pages, reported sources, community references, and World Place review workflows.

How we use information

• Operate, secure, debug, and improve World Place.
• Provide sign-in, account, dashboard, and creator tool features when you use them.
• Receive and review game signals, stale code reports, source corrections, legal requests, privacy requests, and support messages.
• Generate requested creator ideas and protect the tool from abuse.
• Understand aggregate site usage, page performance, referral paths, and feature reliability.
• Maintain source notes, review status, trend pages, and public game intelligence workflows.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce site terms when necessary.

Analytics, ads, cookies, and local storage

World Place uses Google Analytics when analytics is enabled to understand aggregate usage, device, referral, and page interaction data. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to process that information.

World Place may use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with pages through session replay, heatmap, interaction, device, and usage signals. Microsoft Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies when it is enabled.

World Place may use local storage, cookies, or session storage for preferences such as language, theme, authentication state, security, and basic site functionality.

Some pages may include advertising placements when ads are enabled. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, measure, personalize, or limit advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Contact pages are excluded from the global ad wrapper in the current site behavior.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. When Google advertising is enabled, you can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings or applicable industry opt-out tools. Blocking some storage may affect sign-in, preferences, analytics measurement, ads, or other site features.

Third-party services

World Place uses service providers and third-party services to operate the site. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

• Supabase may process account authentication, session, database, and contact storage data used by World Place features.
• Google Analytics may process usage, device, referral, and page interaction data for analytics.
• Microsoft Clarity may process session replay, heatmap, interaction, device, usage, and diagnostic data when Clarity is enabled.
• OpenAI or other model providers may process creator tool prompts and generated outputs when a user requests AI-assisted ideas.
• Hosting, infrastructure, security, email, payment, advertising, or analytics providers may process data needed to deliver the service if those features are used.
• Roblox, Discord, Trello, YouTube, community wikis, social networks, and other outbound links are third-party services that World Place does not control.

Sharing and disclosure

World Place may share information with service providers that help operate the site, when required by law, to protect the site and users, in connection with a business transfer, or with your consent. We may use public source links and submitted corrections to update public pages, but we do not intentionally publish private contact details.

Data retention and deletion

World Place keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, review source corrections, respond to contact requests, maintain account features, prevent abuse, and meet legal or security needs. You can request review or deletion through the contact page or privacy inbox.

Security

World Place uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no website, database, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children and guardians

World Place is not directed to children under 13. Users under 13 should not submit personal information through contact forms, account features, or creator tools without a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians may contact us through the contact page or privacy inbox to request review or deletion of information submitted by a child.

International visitors

World Place can be accessed from different countries. Information may be processed in countries where World Place, hosting providers, analytics providers, database providers, AI providers, or other service providers operate.

Your choices

• Use browser controls to block or delete cookies and similar storage.
• Do not submit Roblox passwords, private account credentials, private studio data, or confidential information through contact forms or creator tools.
• Use the contact page to ask for access, correction, deletion, or review of information associated with your email address or submission.

Policy updates

World Place may update this policy as the site, features, providers, or legal requirements change. The Last updated date shows when the page was most recently revised.
