Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using World Place, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Service scope

World Place provides informational game intelligence, Roblox trend context, source notes, similarity links, public pages, contact routes, account features, and creator idea tools. World Place does not operate Roblox experiences and does not provide Roblox account recovery, moderation, safety controls, parental controls, purchases, refunds, or Roblox Support services.

Eligibility and minors

If you are under the age of majority where you live, use World Place only with permission from a parent or guardian. Users under 13 should not submit personal information through contact paths, account features, or creator tools without a parent or guardian.

Accounts and security

When account features are available, you are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for protecting your account access. Do not share passwords, Roblox credentials, authentication links, suspicious verification prompts, or private account details through World Place.

Acceptable use

Use World Place lawfully and responsibly.

• Do not abuse APIs, interfere with the site, scrape protected data, bypass security, or overload systems.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, infringing, deceptive, spam, malware, phishing, or credential-stealing content.
• Do not impersonate Roblox, developers, staff, Discord moderators, wiki editors, source owners, or World Place.
• Do not post fake codes, malicious invites, suspicious verification links, scam trading claims, or misleading source reports.
• Do not use World Place to harass, raid, spam, evade another service's rules, or encourage unsafe Roblox account behavior.

User submissions

If you submit game signals, corrections, source links, code reports, creator requests, or other messages, you give World Place permission to review, store, process, and use that submission to operate the site, respond to you, prevent abuse, and improve public pages. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Creator tool outputs

Creator tools may generate drafts, titles, descriptions, mechanics, prototype ideas, and research summaries. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them and for avoiding copied branding, misleading official claims, and infringement of third-party rights.

Intellectual property and fan-made status

World Place owns or licenses the site design, text, data organization, editorial analysis, and software used on the site, except for third-party materials. Roblox, game names, developer names, Discord, Trello, wiki names, thumbnails, logos, and related marks belong to their respective owners. World Place is independent and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or any game developer unless a source clearly says otherwise.

Third-party games and links

World Place links to Roblox pages, developer groups, Discord servers, Trello boards, wikis, videos, social posts, and other third-party services for reference. Those services are not controlled by World Place. Verify links before trusting them, and never share credentials or sensitive account information with third-party pages.

Game information changes

Game codes, rewards, community links, rankings, thumbnails, updates, mechanics, player counts, visits, favorites, and source notes can change quickly. World Place uses source labels and last-checked signals where useful, but public pages are informational and may not reflect the latest in-game state.

Payments and refunds

World Place does not currently offer paid checkout, subscriptions, or credits as an active public purchase flow. If paid features are introduced, payment and refund terms will be provided before checkout.

Availability and changes

World Place may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or remove features, content, accounts, tools, pages, or access at any time. We may also correct, update, or remove content that appears stale, inaccurate, unsafe, infringing, or inconsistent with these terms.

Disclaimers

World Place is provided for informational and research purposes. The site is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that content will be complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for your particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, World Place will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost Roblox items, account issues, third-party actions, or reliance on game information.

Privacy

Your use of World Place is also covered by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, shared, and stored.

Changes to these terms

World Place may update these terms as the site, features, providers, or legal requirements change. The Last updated date shows when the page was most recently revised.
